How can I order from JBOS Custom?
Complete our online form and we will email you a full price list, confirm samples where useful, and provide an image mockup showing how your logo looks on the product. We call this a Virtual Proof. An account manager will guide you through the process, and there is no obligation to order.
Review the virtual proof we email you, request as many changes as you wish, and ask for any additional information you require.
Order Online retrieve your password, then login to our customer centre and Order Online. State the quantity, memory capacity, accessories, delivery and billing address along with any other relevant information. Please remember to attach the virtual proof you wish to confirm.
Account Manager Order You can also order via your account manager by emailing an order confirmation or purchase order. Include the quantity, product options, delivery details and the approved virtual proof showing the branding you want.
So what happens to my order now?
Production and Customisation Our production, printing and engraving teams process your order according to the sales order details and the virtual proof record you approved.
Quality Control Once assembled, printed or engraved, your order is passed to our quality control team to check item function and the appearance of the custom print or engraving.
Shipping and Accounts After checks are complete, packaging prepares your order for shipment. At the same time, accounts confirms payment or credit status so fulfilment can proceed without delay.
What about payment?
Having placed your order we prepare to start processing it immediately. Before we ship the order, we need to have received payment unless you have agreed credit terms with us. You will be emailed instructions on how to pay; we accept payment methods from credit card to bank transfer.
How long does this all take?
Very quick. Many standard branded product orders can be completed in a short working window after artwork approval. The exact timing depends on product type, quantity, branding method and delivery location, and your account manager will confirm the schedule before production begins.
